This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for all fitness accessories, dumbbells, activewear, and other products purchased from our website. By placing an order with Vital Vibe, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. The product must be in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team by emailing Hello@Domain.com or calling (123) 123 4567. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vital Vibe is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the issue to assist with verification. If confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, gift cards, or products marked as non-returnable. For hygiene and safety reasons, some fitness or wearable products may also be excluded from return eligibility once opened or used.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process.
